Following his vocational training in advertising merchandising, Rolf Buchholz obtained his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Foreign Trade. Later he completed an MBA program at Bradford University in the UK.
Rolf Buchholz launched his career as a strategic planner with DDB, an international advertising network. He then moved on to be account director at EURO RSCG and subsequently to Grey. As a consultant for clients and brands such as Volkswagen, Nokia, Dr. Oetker, Sensodyne and many others, he acquired many years of experience working for international advertising agencies.
Rolf Buchholz then assumed the position of Marketing Manager, Europe at Intel's European headquarters followed by a board position with a management consulting firm and finally as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Software AG. He started KEY VALUES in 2004.
