Rolf studied economics with an emphasis on Marketing and Foreign Trade in Germany, followed by an MBA at Bradford University, UK. He started his career as a strategic planner and Account Director at international advertising networks like DDB, Havas and Grey. Later, he moved to Intel, where he worked as Marketing Manager Europe within the European headquarters. Hereafter he served as Managing Director of a European management consultancy and later as Vice President Corporate Marketing of a listed software company. Rolf founded KEY VALUES in 2004 and since then focused on innovation and business development. Besides that, he is Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and co-founder of the Innovation Alliance, a network of leading innovation consultancies.
Christian has over 14 years of experience in management and implementation consultancies and the IT sector. He started in the IT and E-Commerce environment at GE Medical Systems, before he became a management consultant. As a managing partner of a consultancy he was responsible for establishing and leading large scale business excellence programs. Christian holds a degree in economics and telecommunication management (Dipl.-Betriebswirt) and several Lean Six Sigma certifications (certified Black and Master Black Belt, certified Innovation Manager) Christian is a lecturer of Quality and Innovation Manager at the University of Mannheim an co-author of several management books like “Design for Six Sigma and Lean Toolset”.
Sabine studied Psychology at the University of Bremen, Germany. She started as a consultant in a management consultancy in Hamburg, where she spent the first ten years of her professional career focusing on consultancy, training and coaching. She published some articles with regards to leadership as well as project management. One of her special areas is climate analysis for companies. Since 2008, Sabine Ritterbusch is taking care of Planning and Research at KEY VALUES and is also conducting and moderating management workshops in the area of Business Development.
