Der OKR-Master unterst\u00fctzt bei der Formulierung der OKRs. Ferner achtet er darauf, dass die OKRs\u00a0ambitioniert genug sind, um zu motivieren,\u00a0aber auch nicht zu unrealistisch, dass sie demotivieren. Er begleitet oft die Review-Termine und f\u00f6rdert den Austausch zwischen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Mitarbeiter*innen. Zu seinen Aufgaben geh\u00f6rt auch darauf zu achten,\u00a0dass die Ziele messbar und im vorgegebenen Zeitraum erreichbar sind, sowie ein Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten zu schaffen.
