Rolf Buchholz
Managing Director
Rolf Buchholz founded the innovation consultancy KEY VALUES in 2004 after working as a member of the management board of a European management consultancy and as Vice President at a software company. His curiosity always leads him to explore new avenues and develop methods to accelerate the development and growth of his clients. Besides his family, martial arts and yoga are his contrasting hobbies that provide balance and give him strength.
Christian Staudter
Managing Director
Christian Staudter joined KEY VALUES as a partner and managing director in 2016. An absolute professional in his field – certified Lean & Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Innovation Manager, author – and as a person calm, goal-oriented and approachable. In his mandates, he never forgets the playful element and inspires his clients. His family with dog “Monty” plays the most important role in his life besides work, plus sports and Star Wars.
Sabine Strasberg
Management Assistant
After several positions in corporate marketing, Sabine Strasberg brings her experience to KEY VALUES. She has a wide range of skills, coordinates the network, manages internal projects and looks after customers and partners. She is open and humorous, her way of working is reliable and precise. In her free time, she loves nature and rides with bike and dog through the forest or spends time with family and friends.

Senior Consultant
Clemens von Hugo is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, change management expert and draws on extensive experience in business development as well as strategy and personnel development in a corporate environment. Clemens’ analytical and structured approach as well as his calm and appreciative manner impress our clients. He spends his free time with his family in nature, climbing mountains or studying contemporary art.
