Agile Scrum
What is Agile Scrum?
Scrum is a globally established framework for teams to develop and maintain high-quality complex systems and products. Consistent application of the framework results in a Scrum team reducing risk faster and delivering more valuable results sooner. Almost every startup today works with Agile Scrum and other agile working methods.
Agile Scrum is part of our KEY VALUES Agile Circle – a “scalable infrastructure” that develops competencies in a targeted and needs-oriented way and in which appreciation, individual learning and value propositions are thought of in a new and different way and implemented in a concrete way.
What are the contents and advantages of Agile Scrum?
Scrum is characterised by empirical work and fast interactive learning loops. Instead of sitting in unproductive meetings, teams work together in sprints to solve tasks and continually improve their performance. As a result, agile organisations using Agile Scrum are far more productive and faster than conventional “waterfall” organisations. The Scrum framework consists of 3 different roles, 4 events and 3 artefacts.
What are the advantages of Agile Scrum training?
- Work results are achieved faster in self-organised teams and shorten the development time considerably (dynamic iterative working mode instead of sequential working through)
- The way of working is more productive overall – demonstrably better results are achieved with less effort
- The results are well thought-out and of better quality, while the development time is shorter
- The results are checked by testing in order to make further optimisations and at the same time to ensure that they are implementable
