Business Simulation Design
What is Business Simulation Design?
Nowadays, companies have to face a wide range of challenges. Changes in the market and customer environment regularly lead to adjustments in both the strategic and operational environment. However, changes must also be communicated and accepted, because acceptance is usually the central lever.
Business Simulation Design (BSD) deals with current challenges and decisions in a playful or simplified environment and is therefore one of the best motivators for people of all ages.
What does Business Simulation Design involve?
The business challenge is taken up in a structured way and translated into concrete design requirements for the development of alternative simulation prototypes. Together we develop a target-oriented business simulation including all necessary elements for implementation.
Our approach uses a positive play instinct hidden in all of us to increase motivation, so that supposedly difficult issues can be understood and a corresponding basis of acceptance can be built up.
BSD includes an appropriate overall didactic concept for use in a training or workshop environment.
What are the advantages of Business Simulation Design?
- Business simulations form a simple and comprehensible “bridge” between business challenges and accepted change or necessary motivation for all participants
- challenges to process and customer orientation in important innovation and development projects or in the sales environment can be presented in a playful way and transferred clearly
- BSD acts as a link between entrepreneurial challenges and accepted change
- joint solution strategies for challenges are developed
- the personal learning process is accelerated
