Emotional Intelligence

What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence helps to better recognise and assess one’s own feelings and those of the other person in order to adjust one’s own behaviour accordingly. In essence, it is about interpersonal relationships. In both private and professional life, it is an important orientation aid for building and maintaining good relationships. The EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) measures the ability to perceive and understand one’s own emotions and those of others and to use them in a targeted manner.
The difference between professional position and personal acceptance
You know the situation: employees are technically good, but not good leaders. This is an unsatisfactory situation for everyone involved. The manager is not accepted and feels overwhelmed, the employees are stressed and may be demotivated, and the employer wants an efficient and motivated team.
Therefore, the combination of professional skills and emotional intelligence is an excellent basis for professional success. No matter whether it is about personnel management, successful negotiation or communication with customers, employees or partners. Well-trained managers become significantly better and happier when they also develop or improve their soft skills. This creates acceptance and trust in the professional as well as in the private environment. With this in mind, we have developed a training course with our psychologist that will significantly advance your skills and make you more successful in dealing with others in the long term.
